Sharad Mathur

I am currently pursuing a full-time MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. Before coming to CEIBS, I spent over six years in Human Capital consulting and led assignments in the areas of leadership development, change management, cross-cultural effectiveness, and performance improvement which were delivered in India, the UK, and Sweden. In my last assignment, I co-founded an e-magazine, The Leadership Review, with a focus on capturing leadership ethos of South Asia. At The Leadership Review (TLR), I formulated and executed the operational and go to market strategies. At its peak, we had 12,000 paid subscribers.
