About Kaustav K Bose
I am currently aiming to work on products and ideas that fall in the intersection of Smart Buildings, AI, Blockchain(DLT) Integration and Sustainability.
I strongly believe that buildings, and by extension, urbanscapes, should be 'intelligent', 'evolving' and becoming better over time, mimicking elements and organisms of nature. Technology in general and building sciences, in particular, have progressed to a point where this is achievable and feasible, and I aspire to work and contribute towards this goal.
I have learnt through these years of being an Architect, Designer and Creative Seeker, growing with each step, word, and line, that design is a multifaceted entity, and each element is mutually inclusive of another. It is harmony that we strive to achieve, solving this great puzzle in a way that can be both useful as well as an object of inherent beauty.
Over the course of my career, I have grasped the significance and learnt to pay astute attention to 'designing for humans', a relationship which is essential but oft-neglected. In striving towards monumentalism, the 'user' is often forgotten, but being 'human-centric' is the founding tenet of brilliant and holistic design.
I have also discerned that working together in groups can be extremely beneficial, as it not only provides you with an abundance of ideas but also helps you identify your flaws, enlarging your vision and extending your knowledge.
