About Tarun Sharma
I'm Tarun Sharma - Better known as Tarun.
I had no one in my family into business or any plans to get into it but my instincts were always to become a Boss- not the bossy one ;)
After trying hands in a couple of successful jobs as software developer and business development executive, I chose to start something of my own. So I started an IT company with Outsourcing business which changed my destiny.
My abilities in managing diverse range of sales, marketing & training activities such as interviews ,training to new joiners, handling escalation, strategic planning, business development,business meetings,international customer handling. Skilled in managing activities involving revenue assurance, interconnection, team building, co-ordination with internal departments, handling customer complaints.Always keep trying to provide best services and solutions to our clients , understanding of commercial business cases, Working closely with clients & Customers.
Though My Company gradually shifted to outsourcing business solutions, my interest in IT was never got ignored and along with my team we successfully designed & developed many mobile apps and served several software projects.
