Pulppo has the great challenge of being a technological partner of a low-tech market!
As a summer intern you will work alongside the founders to open the Spanish market for Pulppo. You will help Mati and Agus map the ecosystem, prioritize potential customers and start validating the value proposition by talking to customers and prividing feedback. We are looking for a metric driven, result oriented person to launch our international expansion into Spain.
This role is just the beginning of your journey in Pulppo. In just 1 year we are already a team of +30 people and expect to have a team of another +50 people based in Spain over the next year. We are looking for people that deliver results and can grow with the organization.

About the person we are looking for. You are (or have):
- Have the ability to quickly, and independently, do a market analysis and segmentation as well as putting together a go-to-market strategy that you can test. We want someone that will go out and sell (talk to customers) and both bring revenue and feedback on what we need to adapt for the local market.
- Someone who likes to go out and get stuff done.
- Ideally you've worked in a proptech/real estate environment and understand how Real Estate brokerages work.
- Experience working at a startup (if it's in the company's early days, even better).
- Experience working in the early days of a team that grew and went from being an unstruct
- Experience working with multiple systems such as Intercom, Hubspot, Retool, Zapier and and similar tools.
About the interview
At Pulppo, we are changing the Proptech landscape by improving the way users buy and sell properties. We created the first tech-enabled real estate broker for Latin America.
We were frustrated with the fact that, while buying a property should be a simpIe and joyful process, it’s usually complicated and full of frustrations. So we set off to change it.
