About the role
As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you have the unique opportunity to impact and shape one of the most innovative companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environment—we are growing quickly, and you will be instrumental in helping drive key strategic decisions via analysis, insight, and collaborative problem-solving. Your role includes working with the founding team to shape strategy and go-to-market, and operationalizing this across the company through overseeing day-to-day business operations and managing progress towards fulfilling company OKRs. You will have the opportunity to lead operations projects with direct impact on company goals, and prepare materials for investors and board members.
Responsibilities
- Financial forecasting, and aligning that with company growth plans
- Providing monthly updates of financials to the management team
- Managing roll-out and tracking of OKRs across the company
- Overseeing day to day business operations
- Developing data-driven research projects that impact the company’s growth plans (e.g. new market evaluation, new product line)
- Work closely with the management team and people operations team to ensure that employee incentives align with company growth plans
- Helping promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and metrics across the company
Skills and Qualifications
- You have 3+ years of experience. Management consulting or investment banking is a plus
- You have a strong interest in crypto and fintech. Prior experience is a plus
- You have an analytical background and experience making data-driven based outcomes
- Prior experience with financial modeling
- You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and build processes from scratch
- You love tackling complex challenges and finding solutions.
- You have strong business acumen, with an ability to approach complex business problems in a structured way and drive rapidly towards insight
- Outstanding research, analysis, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
