We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing infrastructure product team to product manage the Truepill Operating System (TPOS), a homegrown application that acts as our system of record for our e-commerce and virtual pharmacy fulfillment, workflows, and transactions. You will partner with Engineering, UX, and Operations and Product stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap, and prioritize new capabilities that deliver results.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and execute the roadmap for your product–communicate both the business value and the technical rationale behind your product decisions to make our product best-in-class
- Work with developers and designers to deliver high quality feature improvements and new products that provide value to our customers
- Coordinate QA efforts on testing new features
- Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the company
- Align product goals with business goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
We're Looking For Someone With:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including experience working on B2B products
- Familiarity with operational workflows
- Collaborative attitude; able to bridge between Engineering and Operations/Product
- Demonstrated success of having moved a product or feature from conception to launch
- Technical understanding of modern APIs and standards
- Experience working in healthcare/health tech a plus
