We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager for network marketplace in Bangalore, India, to drive this product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with salespeople, designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products amaze and delight our users.
This is a highly entrepreneurial position and will require you to wear a number of different hats.
Capabilities:

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Sales.
- Ability to communicate clearly and frequently with relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Design: You practice user empathy and are comfortable embedding yourself with users on a regular basis.
- Analytics: You are very comfortable getting the data you need and transforming it into insights and initiatives without support. SQL, scripting languages, and data-visualization packages are tools you can easily reach for and leverage, so your decisions are data-informed and clearly articulated.
- Marketplace dynamics: Understand the undercurrents of building an efficient marketplace as part of a business network.
- Collaboration: Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams.
- Efficiency: Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Hustle: You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excitement: You’re passionate about Vahan’s mission and new technology.
Experiences:
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Prior experience building an Internet marketplace product.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked at a rapidly growing startup.
