As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key member in our sales and GTM efforts, responsible for generating leads and moving them through the sales pipeline. You will directly work with founders to create and implement strategies that drive sales growth.
⚡️ Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients in the targeted market.

Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, marketing campaigns and social media to introduce our products/services.

Schedule initial discovery calls for founders.

Work closely with the Founders to refine lead generation and outreach strategies.

Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role.

Collaborate with team members and founders to share and learn from best practices.
🛠 Experience
-
6 months to 3 years of previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or other CS role, with a preference for mid-market and enterprise sales.

Strong prospecting, qualifying, and sales presence.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
