About Inventive
At Inventive, our mission is to build intelligence that helps B2B sales teams win deals. Our product, an AI copilot for sales teams, assists in responding to and winning RFPs. It improves efficiency by 70+%, and enables teams to craft high-quality proposals, significantly enhancing their chances of winning deals.
We graduated from YCombinator in the summer of 2023 and have raised a seed round from Valley's top investors. Our founding team comprises a repeat founder with a successful exit (post series-B, 150 employees), and product & research leaders from Google AI and Stanford.
We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and talented candidate who will work directly with the CEO to drive sales for Inventive. This is an excellent opportunity to join an early-stage company and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, alongside successful founders and sharpest mind in AI.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities for this role will include:

Lead Generation, qualification & outreach: Proactively identify, engage & evaluate potential clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, website, and networking events. Conduct initial outreach to prospects to introduce the company's products or services, answer questions, and gauge interest.

Sales content creation: Develop and maintain sales enablement resources including presentation decks, prospecting templates, sales playbook, persona profiles, etc

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation and qualification metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve effectiveness.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Market Research: Assist with research & data collection, market assessment and need-based customer segmentation

Data Management: Accurately log and update customer information in the CRM system.
You are a good fit if you have:
- Have ambition, drive, and passion for sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related customer-facing role in B2B SaaS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce.
