We are looking for a Partnerships Manager with a proven track record in fostering growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales. This role is tailored for an individual who has excelled in building and nurturing partnerships, managing high-profile relationships, and driving business development initiatives across various sectors.
What You’ll Do

Utilize your expertise in identifying and engaging potential partners to build a robust partnership ecosystem. Your experience in diversifying partnership portfolios to include direct sales channels, agencies, and technology partners will be crucial.

Leverage your skills in managing relationships with strategic partners, ensuring the cultivation of long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Your adeptness at running webinars, workshops, and events for partner enablement and brand awareness will be vital.

Work closely with product, marketing and revenue teams to constantly optimize efforts relating to company-wide goals to ensure the seamless integration and execution of partnership strategies.

Employ your track record in closing significant MRR deals and generating a substantial portion of business revenue through partnerships to devise strategies that enhance revenue growth from existing and new partnerships.

Leverage your expertise in market research, competitive strategy, and new market launches to identify opportunities for market expansion through strategic partnerships.

Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with executive leadership and management in accounting and finance teams at ecommerce and high transaction volume SaaS companies.

Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM tools (Hubspot, Apollo, Notion).

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, and direct sales, with a strong emphasis on building and scaling partnership programs, managing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota.

Demonstrated capability in developing and executing strategic partnership plans that align with company objectives, including launching new products and markets.

Strong analytical abilities to set, track, and analyze performance metrics for partnerships, coupled with demonstrated negotiation skills in securing beneficial partnership terms.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with partners, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Compensation
$85,000 - $115,000 OTE
