The Role

As Moxion's first New Product Introduction Program Manager, you'll be responsible for introducing major coordinated changes or packages into the factory or factories. You will lead a cross-functional team to ensure engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain readiness targets have been met for each change.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in reviewing engineering design changes in PLM (product lifecycle management) system
  • Provide feedback to technical program manager and cross functional team members on issues, yield impact, or manufacturability associated with trial runs.
  • Participate in weekly change control meetings with cross-functional project team and provide updates and lead discussions on trials and part qualifications.
  • Participate in, and lead cross functional change control forums.
  • Work with design engineering to create, validate, and maintain the MBOM/product deviations for responsible group of parts
  • Ensure all factory systems (PLM, MRP, ERP, MES, etc.) are validated and prepared for each transition

Skills to be successful:

  • 3+ years’ experience in new product introduction, change control or similar
  • Ability to prepare or revise procedures, work instructions, forms, and business flowcharts.
  • Strong program management experience and excellent project leadership skills.
  • 3+ years experience using PLM, MES, or ERP systems to ensure manufacturing changes are processed/introduced successfully
  • Deep level of understanding of BOMs structures and change processes.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • EV industry or Automotive related environment
  • Engineering or manufacturing work experience

  • Compensation Range: $120,000-150,000

Moxion is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. Compensation displayed is a range. Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements.  We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience.  Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change. 

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
