Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Headhunting: Lead the recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding. - - Utilise various headhunting techniques to attract top professionals.
- Strategy Development: Develop strategies for effective talent acquisition and retention.
- Work Culture Enhancement: Plan and implement initiatives to create and maintain a positive, healthy work environment.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a go-to person for employee concerns, fostering open communication and resolving issues effectively.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems to ensure employee growth and organisational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR, specifically in talent acquisition and headhunting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
