We are seeking a Head of Sales to join us as our first sales leadership hire! We have built a sales playbook which our current AEs are executing on, have excellent customer logos and are ready to scale up the sales team!
🏆 What You’ll Achieve
- Lead our sales team to meet sales goals
- Recruit and manage AEs to maximize their impact
- Iterate and improve on our sales strategy and processes
- Participate in sales calls and actively support AEs to close deals
📈 Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop and lead a high-performing sales team
- Experience with both inside and outside sales, including outbound prospecting
- Record of exceeding sales quotas both as a manager and IC
- Experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup
