About the role
As our first marketing hire, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of all marketing activity, while creating a solid foundation as we grow our marketing team. We want to take our current traction and lean into it to grow even faster.
You will report directly to the CEO. This role will be crucial to the growth of our company.
What You’ll Do
- Work with our core team to define the marketing vision, strategy, and priorities
- Define, prioritize, and execute marketing outcomes, such as content marketing, PR, paid acquisition, referrals and new product launch plans
- Build and manage relationships with external partners (marketing agencies, designers, etc.) to deliver on marketing activities for content and paid acquisition
- Plan the growth of the marketing team and recruit and manage highly talented individuals as we scale
- Generate high-quality marketing content to amplify Varos’s mission and product, including blogs, articles, webinars, videos, social media, etc.
What We're Looking For?
- 3-5 years experience with B2B Marketing (preferably with early stage startup experience)
- An aggressive mindset in terms of testing and doubling down
- Highly creative + an entrepreneurial mentality
- Native English speaker
