Head of Demand Gen Marketing

🌳 About the Role

We’re looking for a head of demand gen marketing to join us as our first marketing hire.

🏆 What You’ll Achieve

• Develop and execute demand gen marketing campaigns that generate leads and revenue
• Leverage multiple channels including content and events
• Collaborate closely with our CEO to codevelop our growth strategy
• Recruit and manage contractors and employees to maximize their impact

✨ About You You are a scrappy marketer who iterates quickly. You will thrive in our culture if you:

• Have a strong bias towards action and prioritize execution
• Share our passion to build something that fights climate change
• Easily handle the unstructured environment of fast moving startups
• Have the hunger to grow together with Paces as we scale up

📈 Requirements

• Commit: Have owned a MQL or revenue commit goal for a B2B SaaS product
• Fast-learner: you are proactive and able to pick up new things quickly
• Leader: Have hired and managed inside or outside team members
• Builder: +3 years of experience in demand generation campaigns for a software product

🚀 Bonus Points

• Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup
• Previous experience with marketing automation tools and reporting
• Previous experience with account based marketing
• Excel at written copy
