About The Team The Design team is responsible for all user experience, user interface, product design, graphic design, internal and external design needs throughout the company.

What To Expect You will be working (virtually) alongside our team in creating designs for external and internal use. The scope of work will be very wide. You will experience life at a high-growth startup, play vital role in building iterations for mobile app, website & ads. Make amazing graphics that engage and inform our community on our site, our newsletters, and more. And create better experience for thousands of users. The ideal candidate must possess strong design, social media and aesthetic skills, as well as the ability to tell compelling stories in design

Requirements Specific project assignments and required technical aptitude will vary: Must be proficient in the Adobe creative suite of software, Figma Must be able to submit a portfolio showing both student and any previous work. Exceptional creativity in concept development, storyboarding, and problem solving Strong production skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and proactive
