As a founding engineer, you'll work directly with the two co-founders and apply an entrepreneurial, growth mindset to your day-to day. - Scope, design, implement, and own end-to-end feature sets
- Have autonomy to identify, conceptualize, and launch new initiatives
- Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
- Help design a delightful and intuitive product that users enjoy coming back to
- Work directly with customers on product development and product support
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
- Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment
- Cares about shipping high quality product, and believes that details matter in creating a delightful user experience
- Self-driven, and able to work on a mix of open ended-experiment ideas and projects with detailed specifications
- Thinks like an owner, and has excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excited about the untapped potential in leveraging AI and LLMs to analyze conversations and drive revenue growth
- Enjoys working and contributing to a high performing team that consistently delivers results
