At Kraftful, we're building the AI Co-Pilot for product managers and other product builders. Our mission is to help product folks leverage GPT-4 and ChatGPT API to listen to users at scale and actively involve them in the development process.
Since our beta launch, we've seen tremendous growth, with thousands of users joining our platform (45% WoW growth). Responsibilities:
- Develop features for our web and backend applications
- Work with GPT-4, ChatGPT API, and other large language models (LLMs)
- Adopt or invent tools to help scale our engineering efforts
- Tackle various challenges that arise in an early-stage startup
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent)
- 6+ years of experience building production software in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including writing, speaking, and listening
- Fearlessness in taking on new challenges with potentially unclear solutions
- Commitment to delighting customers
- Flexibility in a constantly changing environment
- Curiosity to become an expert in the rapidly evolving world of LLMs
