What Your Day Would Look Like
- Provide best practices and mentorship to customers on how best to implement the Blue Onion platform. Provide thought leadership with regards to overcoming challenges the customer is facing.
- Help to build customer-facing knowledge base and in-app tooltips to provide self service solutions to educate and support customers.
- Regularly interview customers to understand how we can better support their needs through product development and educational content.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, helping shape our products to meet accountants’ needs.
- Offer feedback to our engineering team on current trends and participate in product roadmap planning.
- Support our Sales team by demonstrating our software and providing detailed technical accounting context for customers.
What We Look For
- You’re the best at what you do, take ownership for your work, and are highly curious.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. At least 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally with a combination of Big 4 and industry experience. Ecommerce experience a plus.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, prioritize open issues, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Work independently, and as part of a larger team, to utilize your industry experience and creativity in creating customer solutions.
- Have experience with complex workflow automations and reconciliation platforms; a technical background is preferred but not necessary.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
