Job Roles & Responsibilities
Assist ICT manager in report printing
Assist OM in door access card management system
Supporting AM,OM and ICT Manager in ad-hoc admin dutiesPreparation and verification of documents eg. checks documents supporting applications for financial assistance
Maintaining & updating data records eg. student ezlink top-up
Data entry in various computer application systems
Compilation of statistics eg. CLASS reports
Filing and typing
Assist in ordering of school T-shirts
Handling calls and walk-in enquiries at reception counter
3 or more GCE ‘O’ including EL and Maths or ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations);
3 or more GCE ‘N’ including at least P3 in EL and Maths or ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5; or
Certificate in Office Skills/Nitec in Office Skills/Nitec in Service Skills (Office)/Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting)/
Higher Nitec in Accounting/
Higher Nitec in Business Administration/ Higher Nitec in Business Studies (Secretarial Practice)
Preferably 2 years of experience in school administration
$1,800 to $2,200 Monthly
