Provide application technical and functional support and developing enhancements for
Standard features of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1
in-house customized HR related modules such as Employee Benefits and Compensation
The main areas requiring application support and development are as follows:
Provide application maintenance support and system enhancements for Administer
Workforce, Profile Management , Base Benefits, Compensation and Global Payroll
Gather user requirements, design and develop enhancements to PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 to achieve productivity improvements
Provide day to day application support of issues logged eg. queries on system usage,
troubleshooting and fixing issues reported.
4 to 6 years experience in developing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM (preferably 9.1 and above).
Able to perform business analysis with users, propose and implement solution to fulfill the business requirements.
Sound functional knowledge of the standard features of PeopleSoft HCM 9.x (for example Core HR, Compensation, Global Payroll, Benefits, Self-Service (ESS/MSS)).
Hands-On experience in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, PS Queries, Integration Broker (IB), Web Services, Approval Workflow engine (AWE), CI, App Messages, XML Publisher, App Packages and SQR Report.
Possess good work ethics, have initiative and be able to work independently, troubleshoot issue reported and to analyze and identify system changes required and make changes to the system to conform to end-users requirements.
Hands-On experience defining & configuring workflow & business policies using Application Workflow Engine (AWE).
Have good knowledge of best practices (PeopleSoft & Integration)
Hands on Experience of Integrating PeopleSoft with other Applications (Internal & External)
Strong Knowledge of IB, AE, Web Service
