Candidate need to use authority's ICT systems to perform inventorisation services.
Tracking and inventory management of the heritage materials and transactions within the Library supply Center
Undertake the inventorisation services in compliance with the authority’s issued inventorisation and barcoding guidelines
Authority will provide on-the-job training on the functions and features of the authority’s ICT systems.
Heritage materials are to be handled with care to ensure that they are not damaged during the transfer.
Keep a record of all the transactions such as delivery note of the heritage materials
Experience with library environmental is Preferable
Must have experience in Inventory management.
Candidate at lease possess with "O" Level education qualification skille
Must have a knowledge in MS Office
Good Communication in English
Good Interpersonal Skills
