We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Business Development Manager to join our team. You should be a self-starter and able to work in an independent manner. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving new business for our Singapore office.
• To generate business from existing clients
• Drive business growth via new clients
• Track and record business development pipelines
• Conduct meetings knowledgeably and confidently with existing and potential clients
• Prepare pitch materials and SOW documents for potential clients
• Present credentials for all RTG Business Consulting potential clients
• Assist in marketing and promoting publicity for RTG Business Consulting
• Other responsibilities as assigned related to business development and strategy implementation.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in Singapore with business development or sales functions in advertising, marketing or consulting firm
• Knowledge of account servicing preferred
• Articulate, sociable and self-assured personality
• Familiar with industry-specific business needs and issues
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
