Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Review project consultants cost estimates accuracy
Prepare and vet tender documents
Drafting contract/ specification clauses
Evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders
Vet submissions by external consultants on contract administration matters
Assist project managers in contractual and costing matters
Explore and implement innovative solutions and best practices on procurement and contract strategy, and related functions.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Property Facilities Management, Building or Quantity Surveying
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in consultant QS firms or developer organisations or contracting firm.
Salary Range
$3,500 to $4,000 Monthly
