Responsibilities
 Member of the Management team, responsible for all assigned sales goals
 Take ownership of business development planning and execution across sales discipline to achieve/exceed targets
 Leverage our extended teams (sales, marketing, technical, programs and legal) to accelerate the business
 Develop and maintain effective senior customer relationships at CXO level
 Properly and effectively escalate critical customers issues
 Leverage our partner ecosystem of technology alliance partners, solution providers, systems integrators and outsourcers and OEMs to grow the business and negotiate contracts as needed

Requirements
 5+ years selling cloud managed services, IT sales and business development experience in Asian markets
 Proven experience selling software, technology products and services to and through service providers
 Knowledge of Cloud Computing and key elements of virtualized infrastructure, Infrastructure-as-a-Service(IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service(PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service(SaaS) models
 Deep understanding of AWS & Azure Cloud Services for sales
 Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and take action on go to market approaches, marketing programs, joint value propositions, and business cases around strategic partnerships
 Ability to navigate and effectively manage large and/or global accounts
 Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills toward a broad constituency ranging from customers, channel partners, sales, marketing, and technical management
 Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
 Team player with strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial mindset
 Familiar with contractual aspects and concepts of right to use software licensing and
intellectual property
 BA/BS degree or higher
 Preference for Singaporean/PR/Dependent pass holder
 Location: Singapore, Malaysia

Compensation
 Combination of salary, sales incentive and potential equity partnership
