· Ensure smooth day to day operations
· Resolving customer inquries promptly through emails and phone calls
· Monitoring of daily deliveries and warehousing
· Handle customer enquiries
· Physical duties include loading, unloading, sorting and scanning
· Might be required to accompany driver for collection of shipments
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point, Google Documents & Spreadsheet
· Possess good verbal & written communication skills
· Able to work with minimal supervision
· Keen attitude to learn and ability to grow in a fast moving environment
