This programme is designed to realize the importance of this approach and the drawbacks in logical thinking approach. In addition, the 7 Hats method is added to make the fullest use of participants’ intelligence, experience and information. Discover what makes their “tick” and identify their personal creative thinking style. Using the whole brain creative model, they will be able to plan and implement any project in the near future. Be able to practice a balanced thinking approach. Be able to apply a structured method of creative and innovative thinking in generating new ideas.

Cultivation of problem solving attitudes by generating new ideas as well as inculcating a creative and innovative thinking culture.
Course Leader: Prof. Dr. Barjoyai Bardai Prof. Dr. Barjoyai is currently a professor attached to the Graduate School, Universiti Tun Abdul Razak and his forte is in Entrepreneurship Development, Business Creativity & Innovation and Accounting. He has been teaching at UKM for the past 30 years. After retiring from UKM, Prof. Barjoyai has continued teaching at UKM voluntarily, at the International Business School UTM, University Malaya – IMPUMA, UNIRAZAK, UKM, INCEIF, K FORCE and UNISEL. Prof. Barjoyai took up a serious hobby to venture into business. He has been involved in several venture capital activities in the area on Konjac and Glucomanna, Hydro fuels, Microwave technology, Nano-technology, Enzyme production and Gelatine substitute research and development projects. He is also involved in a few oil and gas start up business. Prof. Barjoyai has been appointed as an academic associate at UNIRAZAK and appointed as a professor at the graduate school and Program Director for the Global MBA Program. He is also currently supervising 18 PhD students in Entrepreneurships & Management, Creativity, EQ, Islamic Finance, Oil & Gas, Steel & Iron Industry in Libya and a few MBA research projects.
