KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 17): Aside from the 1Malaysia Development Bhd scandal, the problems at the Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) were part of the reason why Barisan Nasional was voted out in the 14th general elections.
On Dec 10, the Pakatan Harapan government will table a White Paper on FELDA in parliament.
The White Paper will likely contain proposals to restore proper financial management and governance at FELDA.
GEORGE TOWN (Nov 16): Investigations into the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) case are expected to be fully completed in another month or two, according to Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Noor Rashid Ibrahim.
He said, right now the police are in the midst of preparing the investigation paper by compiling all evidence, including from former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, into an investigation file before handing it over to the Attorney-General (AG) for further action.
