Google CEO promises to 'fix' hamburger emoji

It was so shocking that even Google CEO Sundar Pichai noticed and vowed to "drop everything " and resolve as soon as possible if people can settle on exactly what the precise arrangement should be.

Have glance at the arrangement of the ingredients in the emoji below.

Apple's arrangement of the lettuce, is reasonable as a logical structure for protecting the lower bun from being soggy. It's the same approach taken by most burger chains out there.

However, Google's placement of the cheese is absolutely wrong, at the same time opposing both F&B physics (will you cook a burger and make it drip down the bun like that?) and as for taste (it'll lead to a soggy burger mess). It was so shocking that even Google CEO Sundar Pichai noticed and vowed to "drop everything " and resolve as soon as possible if people can settle on exactly what the precise arrangement should be.

Here are some other versions:

Microsoft's version of the hamburger is an American classic. Bun-salad-cheese-patty-bun, precisely as Ray Croc intended it to be. No complaints here.

Just look at Samsung's hamburger emoji. To create this frankenstein of a burger, they placed the lettuce in between the cheese and meat. No one does this because the cheese will melt on the lettuce (facepalm). It shouldn't be surprising if the Galaxy Note 7's battery designer created this.

LG's emoji cheeseburger could be ideal for those who despise tomatoes, given that the tomato is not really visible. Perhaps it's a very thin slice?

And lastly, HTC's version is an odd one.

Oh, and Mr.Pichai, sir, since you're already working on it, kindly clarify this:
