British Conservatives Plan to Vote Massively for Nigel Farage. Two separate opinion polls show that members, militants and city councillors of the British Conservatives will vote massively for the "Brexit Party" of Nigel Farage.
Besides, the brand new party of the former UKIP leader is at the forefront of the polls for the European Parliament elections in May.
The "Brexit Party" of former UKIP leader Nigel Farage has the wind in its sails. Last week, opinion polls showed that the new party is likely to be the big winner in the European Parliament elections in May. In the polls, the "Brexit Party" achieved 27%, while UKIP dropped to 7%.
The Conservative party of Prime Minister Theresa May ended in those polls in third place with 15% of the votes. That concludes the Tories behind the left-wing opposition party Labor by Jeremy Corbyn, who seems to reach 22%.
But Prime Minister May has additional concerns, according to two other opinion polls. For example, a survey of the ConservativeHome website shows that 62% of Conservative party members intend to vote for Farage's party. Only 23% of them would expect to vote for their party.
Another survey from the "Mail on Sunday" would show that no less than 40% of Conservative city council members intend to vote for the "Brexit Party". Only 52% of them would plan to vote for the Conservatives.
