I introduce myself as an advocate dealing in all matters relating to Corporate law, Real Estate laws, Property law, Intellectual Property laws, RERA and various other laws. On the part of litigation. I undertake protection, prosecution and enforcement of the above rights and file civil and criminal cases in case of any violations thereof by any third parties. I have worked with Senior Counsels of High Court as a junior advocate assisting them with handling of matters at the High Court, Bombay and various other courts in the jurisdiction of Mumbai.

Further I also have experience in Non litigation i.e drafting and preparing various documents such as various Agreements like Agreement for Sale, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Framework Agreements, Non-Compete and Non-solicit Agreements, Employment Agreements etc., MOU’s, Registrations of various Real Estate Projects, Affidavits, Sale Deeds, Undertakings, and other such legal documents as per the requirement of the clients.
