Based on my previous experience in joining various activities and volunteer programs, I have developed myself in becoming someone who is more independent. I have learned to handle crisis calmly and not to be panic. Moreover, my adaptation skill has improved throughout the journey of moving out from my comfort zone. I have also learned basic business management knowledges from my previous working experiences. Moreover, I have completed the 200 food service hours in restaurants in UPM. This program requires us to participate in different department such as event preparation, marketing, management and food preparation. This program has given me an insight of how food industry works. My interpersonal skill has strengthened as well because this program has allowed me to communicate with broad range of individuals. An effective communication is crucial for the success of the company. Hence, I believe that I can contribute to company’s growth and I sincerely hope that my skills would be the value of the company I am working for.
