I have experience working in secretarial, events and marketing industries and hold a good track record in my career.
I had recently left NTUC Club (a company with more than 1,000 staff strength) on good terms for a short break and to pursue a career switch. It's an opportunity for me to embrace change and embark on a new chapter of my professional life. I am looking for a position where I will be able to apply my skills that I had acquired over the years to contribute towards the organisation's goals and objectives.
I hold an Advance Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma in Secretarial Studies and worked as a Personal Assistant previously. My secretarial / administrative skills encompass minutes taking, travel arrangements, organising meetings, report writing, preparation of presentation deck, tenders, procurements, purchasing, budget tracking, pretty cash reimbursement, staff on-boarding/ off-boarding and inventory management.
I pride myself on being multi-faceted, efficient, meticulous, highly competent in multi-tasking and had been a reliable professional for 18 years of my tenure in NTUC Club. My experiences had seen me supporting C-Suite to director levels, working and communicating closely with both internal and external stakeholders. I am mature, have acquired good organisation, implementation and problem-solving skills from my decade-long years in the exhibition and events industry.
I am a customer oriented staff and had won the Excellence Service Gold Award last year.
