My Current Job Description:
 Take hand-off of project from the Sales Team
 Meet the respective client IT Head/VP/CTO/CEO in person, to understand their technical requirements
 Co-ordinate with the in house Pre-Sales Team & Project Head to formulate the required solution, High Level Design (HLD)
 Make a Plan of Action (POA) as per the solution
 Present the POA to the client and get it approved, if required make modifications in POA
 Plan work breakdown structure
 Carefully formulate the configurations of all individual devices
 Prepare a Low Level Design (LLD)
 Carry out intensive testing for all possible failure situations, user acceptance tests (UAT)
 Provide user training
 Get Hands-off signed

And done major project implementation.
