 I am technical lead with 12 years experience in complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including System Requirements, Architecture, Design, Coding, Development, Testing. Maintenance and Enhancement in variety of technological platforms.
 Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
 Employed with top IT firm, HCL Technologies and working at their onsite office in SIEMENS PLM, Pune, India since July 2012.
 Currently holding designation as Technical Lead and Specialist in SIEMENS PLM’s R&D department.
 Hands on experience working on C++, C, UNIX programming, Socket, Perl, Java, Oracle/mySql along with debugging, code repository tools and Devops tools.
 Experience with Mentoring, guiding, annual and quarterly appraisals of employees.
 Work experience in Product based as well as Project based companies and worked with CMMi Level 5 / ISO certified companies.
 Experience with Scrum and XP methodologies.
 5+ years experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain, 3+ years in Telecom domain and 2+ years experience in Lifecycle domain.
