Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day accounting activities including Accounts Payables, Account Receivables, issuing of invoices and cheques, reconciliation of balances, etc
- Handling of full sets of accounts, banking, reporting and GST related matters
- Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, bankers, company secretary, customers, suppliers and government departments
- Handle daily office administrative work, including payroll and other HR matters
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Preferably female, with 3-5 years experience in the related field
- Familiar with SQL Accounting System
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess own transport and willing to work in Taman OUG
